Cancellation Policy

1. General Policies - Eligibility: - Students must meet the minimum age requirement (typically 16) and hold a valid learner's permit. - Enrollment: - Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of fees and submission of required documents (learner’s permit, identification, etc.). - Attendance: - Students must attend all scheduled lessons. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. - Code of Conduct: - Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructor's directions. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund. 2. Payment and Refund Policies - Payment: - Full payment is required before starting the lessons. Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards, cash, or online payment platforms. - Refunds: - Refunds are provided only if the course is canceled by the driving school. No refunds for missed lessons or partial completion of the course. 3. Lesson Policies - Lesson Duration: - Each lesson lasts [XX minutes/hours] and starts promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shortened lesson or cancellation. - Pick-up and Drop-off: - The school provides pick-up and drop-off services within a designated area. Students must notify the instructor of any concerns regarding vehicle safety. - Weather Conditions: - Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons. The school will notify students as soon as possible. 5. Privacy and Confidentiality - Personal Information: - The driving school collects personal information only for enrollment, lesson scheduling, and communication purposes.
